Please read first Kestrel Hub is an independent third-party information centre. We have no affiliation with, authorisation from, or connection to any network mentioned on this page — trade marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify subjects. We sell nothing, cannot open or change any account, and never take payments or security details. Billing, contract and account matters belong with your network's official customer service. Our helpline gives general information only, at standard geographic call rates.

1 · Controller

Kestrel Hub operates this website and the helpline (0330 059 7117) and is the controller of the personal data described here.

2 · What we collect

Site usage: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type — via cookies and similar technologies, with consent where required (cookie policy). Helpline calls: caller number, time, duration; where recording is active and announced, the recording, for quality and training. By design, nothing sensitive: we neither request nor want passwords, passcodes, banking or card details, and advisers stop callers volunteering them.

3 · Lawful bases

Running and improving the site and helpline — legitimate interests. Analytics and advertising measurement — consent, via the cookie notice. Quality, training and dispute records — legitimate interests. Legal compliance where it applies.

4 · Sharing and retention

Hosting, analytics and telephony providers process data under contract on our instructions. We sell no personal data and share no caller details with network operators. Recordings and logs are kept only as long as quality and dispute purposes require, then deleted; analytics retention follows the cookie-policy settings.

5 · Your rights

UK GDPR grants access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection rights, plus withdrawal of cookie consent at any time — exercised via the helpline. Complaints may also go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6 · Changes

Updates appear on this page under the hub's standing review-date convention.
